Neshia is a dynamic entrepreneur whose natural hair techniques are revolutionizing the industry. In 2014, she relocated from Detroit, MI to Tampa,FL where she discovered her true calling in the hair industry. She was truly gifted. As her skills grew, so did her clientele. Neshia is currently running the Dreads On Loc business as an independent stylist in Tampa, FL
